RETURN POLICY

At Platinum Abundance, our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible. Please review our return policy below:

All sale products are final sale (including sales used with promotional codes).

Returns Procedure:

Should you need to return an item, no worries! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (including weekends). Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Ensure the item(s) being returned are in their original condition with tags attached, unused, unwashed, and free of any marks or signs of wear (e.g., makeup marks, deodorant marks, animal hairs, odors, etc.).
  • All returns must be authorized by our customer service team before being sent back. Please contact us at support@platinumabundance.com to initiate a return.
  • All returns will be accepted for inspection and will be returned at the owner's discretion.

Rejection of Returns:

We reserve the right to deny exchanges, refunds, or store credits for items that do not meet our return policy criteria. Any item(s) that show signs of wear, odors, damage, or alteration will be denied for return.

Non-Compliant & Unauthorized Returns:

  • Returns that do not adhere to our policy will be declined and returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense or disposed of.

Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
  • Returns requesting a refund will incur an 8% restocking fee.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at support@platinumabundance.com to arrange an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Item(s) for exchange must be in their original condition with tags attached, unused, unwashed, and free of any marks or signs of wear.
  • Return postage for exchanges is at the customer's expense.
  • Exchanges will incur a $7.99 handling fee.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@platinumabundance.com with photos.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.
  • Items from orders placed over 30 days ago will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, or replacement.

Final Sale Items:

Certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These include last chance and sale items.


Shipping & Lost Return Packages:

  • Flat-rate shipping is $7.99.
  • In the event of a lost return package, please file a claim with your selected shipping carrier and then contact us at support@platinumabundance.com.
  • We are not liable for lost return packages or damages that happen to packages in transit to or from Platinum Abundance.

Order Cancellations:

Platinum Abundance reserves the right to cancel orders and refuse refunds, store credit, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or at our discretion for any reason.
